We are seeking a knowledgeable Sales Engineer who will increase our company's sales This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive. The Salesperson will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including generating leads, building client relationships, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. They will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies, analyse market trends, and provide customer needs and preferences feedback.

Qualifications/Requirements: -

* Proven experience in sales and achieving sales targets

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities

* Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

* Knowledge of irrigation systems and agricultural inputs

* Ability to analyse market trends and identify sales opportunities

* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

* Bachelor's or PG in Agriculture degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Have a minimum experience of 1-4 years in field of Agri input companies.
